Shipping

Your goods are delivered using the delivery method that you choose at the check-out. We have the option to send your goods via courier or by using one of the many drop-off boxes that are available (Zásilkovna, Alzabox etc.).

The cost of the shipping will depend on the weight and size of the product that you have ordered, as well as the type of shipping that you have chosen.

By default you may order shipping from DHL and GLS. For selection of orders (whole-sellers, multiple orders, recurring purchases, special conditions, etc.) there are available a wide selection of shipping providers:

The shipping cost is calculated on the order checkout page. The final shipping cost is based on:

• Total products weight and volume
• Preferred shipping terms (standard or express)
• Delivery zone
