This toy is a woolen ball connected to a long rope, that has been impregnated with matatabi. The 70 cm long rope allows you to play with the cat yourself, and when you hold the rope and pull the ball it creates the illusion that the ball is moving on it’s own, which the cat has to then chase and catch.

Matatabi originates from the name of the enzyme matatabi, which is produced in the buds of ornamental plums growing in Japan. It has a fundamental difference from the standard catnip, valerian and other available supplements.
